Integrating Activity 2021

To me, a creator of media art in film and post-production, immersion holds great importance over the final work. Being able to transport viewers into a completely fictitious world and maintaining a constant level of captivation is something which I find to be the purest form of art. For some time now, this concept has been the focal point of the media I create. To this end, with each production that I undertake, I aspire to expand and refine my technical skillset and hone my personal style. For the short film I will be creating, it was important to begin with a concrete style: that of the reality TV show. From there, I was able to present my take on such an aesthetic while still having the freedom to add my own creative touches. Overall, what I am trying to do with my project is to portray a subject matter which can touch individuals in a meaningful way, all while maintaining a satirical tone and keeping the film entertaining, immersive and fun to watch.
